Digital skills & scholarship support – unlocking opportunities for Kenyan youth

Our Model

We connect, we don't train directly

POAK Kenya does not offer in‑house training. Instead, we are actively building a network of trusted institutions, coding bootcamps, universities, colleges, and experienced facilitators who will deliver high‑quality, market‑ready digital skills programs. Once partnerships are established, our role will be to identify opportunities, vet partners for quality, and connect youth to the right training paths – often with scholarships or subsidized slots.

In addition, we will help eligible learners access scholarships and financial aid to remove barriers to education.

How It Will Work

  • Curated partner network – We work only with trusted training providers who have proven track records.
  • Scholarship & sponsorship links – We help eligible youth access funded programs, including full and partial scholarships.
  • Career support – Many partners offer internships, job placement, and industry connections.
  • Mentorship & guidance – POAK provides pre‑enrollment counseling, application help, and follow‑up mentoring.

Partner Network – In Development

We are currently actively seeking partners – universities, technical colleges, bootcamps, and independent facilitators – who share our mission of empowering youth through digital skills and education.

If you represent a training institution or are a skilled facilitator, we’d love to hear from you. Reach out to us to explore partnership opportunities.

What Learners Will Gain (Through Future Partners)

  • Industry‑recognized certifications
  • Internship and job placement assistance
  • Access to hiring partners and alumni networks
  • Career mentorship and portfolio building
  • Scholarship opportunities for eligible candidates
