Peer Program

Boys for Boys & Girls for Girls – safe spaces, mentorship, and support

About the Program

Our Peer Program creates separate, safe spaces for boys and girls to learn, share, and grow. Through Girls for Girls and Boys for Boys initiatives, we address gender‑specific challenges such as period poverty, mental health stigma, and lack of positive role models.

We believe that peer‑led support is one of the most effective ways to build confidence, resilience, and life skills. By training young people as peer mentors, we create sustainable support networks that last a lifetime.

What We Offer

  • Sanitary Pad Distribution (Girls) – Monthly supply to keep girls in school with dignity
  • Menstrual Health Education – Teaching girls about their bodies and hygiene
  • Boys Mentorship Circles – Discussing mental health, responsibility, and respectful relationships
  • Peer Counseling Training – Equipping youth to support each other
  • Life Skills Workshops – Self‑esteem, decision‑making, and future planning
